Dr. Love is President and CEO of Agincourt, Ltd., a NASD-registered broker dealer based in Pembroke, Bermuda. A Registered NASD Principal, and Broker Dealer, he is also Chief Investment Officer of Investor’s Guaranty Fund, an innovator in cutting-edge financial technologies with global patents on insurance securitization, asset transformation, and loss-mitigation technologies.

Expert in the intricacies of capital markets, Dr. Love serves as Senior Managing Director of Ryan Labs, Inc., a Manhattan-based fixed-income research and asset-management firm. He is also President of Devonshire Capital Management, Inc., a private investment firm. With extensive expertise managing fixed-income portfolios and engineering fixed-income products and derivatives, Dr. Love serves as Chairman of the Investment Subcommittee for the state’s public pension funds for the New Jersey Investment Council. His investment-industry experience includes work as a director, fixed-income portfolio manager, and director of research, and he currently serves on the advisory board of the Investment Management Institute.

Dr. Love’s vision for Agincourt, Ltd. is rooted in an extensive background in finance. Previously, he served as Senior Management Consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc., (Cambridge, Mass.); Managing Director of fixed-income investing and options, as well as futures strategies at Matrix Capital Management (Greenwich, CT); and Vice President of BEA Associates (NY), where he devised equity, fixed-income, and derivative strategies. As Founder and Chairman of Buck Investment Services, Inc., a money-manager selection firm, he developed advanced performance analytics and asset/liability modeling technologies. He has been a consultant to the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC), participated in Financial Accounting Standards Board deliberations, and served as Chairman of the Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI) Technical Committee. A member of the White House's Grace Commission, he also served as Project Manager for the Council of Economic Advisors for the White House.

A recognized voice in financial strategy, Dr. Love’s articles have appeared in the Journal of Finance, Institutional Investor, Barron’s, Investing, Investment Management Review, Chief Financial Officer International, and the Georgia Law Review. He also co-authored Yield Curve Dynamics, Probus 1997; Managing Pension Assets, McGraw Hill, 1991; and Computers, Science and Management Dynamics, Financial Executives Institute 1965. His teaching experience includes Adjunct Professorships at the NYU and Rutgers business schools, and he is currently a Visiting Professor at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (China).

Dr. Love holds a Ph.D. (Economics) from Columbia University (Noble Foundation International and National Science Foundation Fellow); a MS (abd: Mathematical Statistics) and MBA (Finance) from New York University (Ford Foundation Fellow); and a BME (Industrial Engineering) from Cornell University (Athletic and McMullen Regional Scholarships).
